This annual tournament brings together alumni associations from four leading business schools — Thammasat, Sasin, NIDA and Kasetsart — to compete in the spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship for the Royal Trophy, graciously bestowed by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
In addition, part of the event’s proceeds will be donated to the Phra Dabos Foundation, an educational foundation established by His Majesty King Rama IX, continuing the tradition of supporting meaningful social causes.

Hear from Khun Kasemsri Charoensiddhi (MBA 1998), President of Bank Maspion, a subsidiary of Kasikornbank PLC, who joined an insightful panel at the “Scaling Up Business Across Thailand & Indonesia” forum at Sasin on June 12, 2025.
Alongside fellow industry leaders—Mr. Niwat Boonyad (Banpu PLC), Mr. Bani Maulana Mulia (Samudera Indonesia), and Ms. Kun Riana Aplika (Garuda Indonesia)—Khun Kasemsri shared her perspective on the challenges and opportunities of cross-border expansion.

Earlier this year, he was named an Honorary Advisor to the Thai Senate Committee on Economy, Finance, and Budget, where he contributes valuable insights on economic policy and development strategies critical to Thailand’s future. More recently, he was appointed Counsellor to the French-Thai Chamber of Commerce, where he will support the HR Committee in enhancing Executive Education and talent development for European businesses in Thailand. Chief People Officer at Minor International, Khun Aurakanda joined us as a guest speaker at the 100 Outperforming Enterprises Program 2025 on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Sasin TK Hall.
She shared powerful insights on how future-ready businesses can thrive by fostering a purpose-driven culture, empowering people, and embracing innovation.
Her leadership mantra? “Explore and Exploit” — daring to try new things while continuously evolving. She emphasized the importance of having a clear organizational purpose, which naturally attracts like-minded individuals and aligns the team’s efforts. Passionate about the growth of volleyball in Thailand, she is dedicated to supporting the development of Thai volleyball players and contributing to the advancement of the Thai volleyball industry.
